Coporate Culture

Corprate culture will be a major factor in determining how a company goes about innovating. The term refers to the beliefs and behaviors that underpin employee and management approach to conducting business.  The way that people interact with each other, how staff are treated by management and the way that companies deal with customers, suppliers and competitors all come to define how work is "done around here". Often it develops organically over time from the cumulative traits of the people employed by the company and the way they are led and managed.
